1. Core Return Policy
- Eligibility: We only accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise purchased online. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached, and are subject to inspection before processing.
- Time Limits:
Returns initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date: Eligible for exchange or full refund.Returns initiated within 60 days of the original purchase date: Eligible for store credit only. - Restocking Fee: A $2.95 flat restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for each return request initiated. This fee applies per return (not per item). For example, returning 5 items in one order will only incur a single $2.95 restocking fee.
- Exclusions: Outlet items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. Return Process
- Visit www.jachsnyshop.us/returns and enter the email address used to place the original order.
- Browse your order details and select the specific items you wish to return.
- Submit your return request and wait for approval.
- Once your request is approved, a pre-paid return label and detailed return instructions will be sent to your email.
3. Exchange Process
- Visit www.jachsnyshop.us/returns and enter the email address used to place the original order.
- Locate your order and select the items you want to exchange.
- Click the "Return" button, then indicate your exchange request (e.g., desired size/color) in the designated text box.
- Submit the request and await approval. After approval, a pre-paid return label and instructions will be emailed to you.
4. Gift Returns/Exchanges
To process a return or exchange for items received as gifts, we need to locate the original online order in our system. Please provide the following information about the original purchaser: name, email address, or order number.
