Shipping Policy

1. US Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for all US orders over $125. Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO Military Addresses.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: $11.95 for orders under $125, shipped via UPS SUREPOST.
  • Expedited Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout by UPS, based on the package weight and destination address.

2. Expedited Orders Requirements

To qualify for same-business-day shipping, expedited orders must be placed before 12 pm EST. Orders placed after 12 pm EST will be shipped on the following business day.

3. Fulfillment & Shipping Timeline

  • Fulfillment Center: All shipments are dispatched from a third-party fulfillment center located in New Jersey.
  • Regular Shipping Schedule:
    Orders placed Monday through Thursday: Typically ship within the next business day.Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday: Ship on the following business day.
  • High-Volume Sales Periods: During peak sales events (e.g., Black Friday, Labor Day, Flash Sales), order processing and shipping may be delayed by up to 4 business days. We appreciate your patience.

4. Tracking Your Shipment

  1. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchased items and shipping address. Please review this email carefully to ensure all information is accurate.
  2. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you.
